What AI-assisted tools may do

AI-assisted tools may support intake, summaries, routing, draft process notes, or internal workflow assistance where appropriate.

What they do not do

AI-assisted tools do not provide binding prices, final decisions, customer commitments, legal advice, financial advice, emergency handling, warranty decisions, or human approval.

Disclosure and escalation

AI must disclose itself where applicable. Sensitive, urgent, legal, financial, emergency, complaint, warranty, or complex issues require human escalation.

Human review and customer data

AI does not replace human review. Customer data should be handled carefully, and only information authorized for review should be submitted or processed.
